What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your marks, budget, destination and intake. If you become a client we also collect the documents needed for university and visa applications — transcripts, passport details, test scores and financial evidence.

If you allow it, we record page visits so we know which guides are read. That record is a random session identifier and the pages you opened. It is not linked to your name unless you later submit a form.

Why we use it

To counsel you, to file applications with universities on your instruction, to prepare visa files, and to contact you about your application. We contact you by phone, email and WhatsApp because that is what the process requires and what you consented to on the form.

Who sees it

Advargo staff working on your file. Universities you ask us to apply to. Visa authorities, where the application requires it. Lenders, only if you ask us to arrange a loan. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records for two years from your last contact with us. Client files for six years after your application concludes, which is the period we may need them for audit and university reconciliation.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email info@advargo.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
